Our mission is to give all citizens in our area the tools to Speak and be Heard.

ORCA covers a sizable chunk of Central Vermont. This area includes the towns of Berlin, Bethel, Braintree, Calais, Duxbury, East Montpelier, Middlesex, Montpelier, Moretown, Randolph, Rochester, Waterbury and Worcester.

Onion River Community Access Media, Inc. (ORCA Media) is a full-service Community Media Center (CMC), providing production facilities and technological solutions. We are here to give a voice to individuals and organizations in the communities served by Comcast's Central Vermont franchise area. ORCA may be seen on Comcast's channels 15, 16 & 17 in our area. A non-profit 501(c)3 organization, we are funded primarily by a percentage of cable revenues.
