The Vermont International Festival is a multi-cultural community event sponsored by the Vermont Performing Arts League. VPAL is a non-profit organization that has been active in the promotion of international music, dance and crafts since 1978. The Vermont Performing Arts League's 18th Vermont International Festival, an annual celebration of cultures from around the world, bringing their crafts, foods, music and dance to our doorstep. This video was produced by James Gero.

Congresswomen Loretta and Linda Sanchez are the first sisters to work together in the U.S. Congress. In the autobiography “Dream in Color”, they reveal the intimate details of the battles they faced as first generation Hispanic-Americans. The sisters share details from their past, including their educational journey, one sister’s battle with an eating disorder, working to pass bills in Congress and finally achieving and living the American Dream.

Why do people watch ORCA? For some it's the allopathic dose of news from Democracy Now! and Al Jazeera. For others, it's our local sports, interviews, lectures and more. We are working every day to bring new, local content to our channels. ORCA's channels are YOUR community channels. Watch for exciting new coverage of the Vermont Statehouse committee meetings and sessions starting in January. See your elected officials in their day-to-day roles, not just when they get interviewed. Of course we'll still carry the ever-popular news channels.

Our mission is to give all citizens in our area the tools to Speak and be Heard.

ORCA covers a sizable chunk of Central Vermont. This area includes the towns of Berlin, Bethel, Braintree, Calais, Duxbury, East Montpelier, Middlesex, Montpelier, Moretown, Randolph, Rochester, Waterbury and Worcester.
